Returns & Refunds

Each Hard Day Heart Co. piece is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other buyer preference.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@harddayheartco.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Order changes and cancellations

Because orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once submitted. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@harddayheartco.com, and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

Sizing

Because our pieces are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if the wrong size is ordered. Please review the size information provided on the product page before purchasing. If you have a sizing question before ordering, feel free to contact us.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
