Shipping Policy

Each Hard Day Heart Co. piece is made to order especially for you. Because your order is created after it is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing & Production

Most orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days. During holidays, new releases, or periods of higher order volume, production may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has finished production. Delivery times vary based on your location, shipping method, carrier, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Packages

Because our products are made and fulfilled through our production partners, items from the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package or tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@harddayheartco.com.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@harddayheartco.com and we'll help you determine the next steps.

International Shipping

At launch, Hard Day Heart Co. currently ships within the United States only.
